amazing stay!
great room sizeexcellent range
the room size was great. the breakfast buffet offered an excellent range of food options. the superb location near the main tram stop was very helpful. i found andel nearby.
i stayed for business. hotel staff were friendly. my room was very clean. i had a problem with heating. they solved it after one day with an electric heater.

The room looked fine at first glance. I did have a major issue. It involved the heating system. It didn't work initially. The hotel provided a temporary electric heater, but it took them a day to resolve things. The delay caused considerable inconvenience.
